Gripes and Misery: Made it 10 rounds unbroken with 25-35 seconds of rest before the next round. My legs were tired but the pain was tolerable. At the eleventh round I decided to begin partitioning the push-ups and a knot began to form in the middle of my back during the squats. As the rounds persisted, the knot became tighter and tighter. I quit on round 17. I was still finishing with 20 seconds or so to spare and my push-ups were at the point that I actually had to push to get up but I think I could have willed out the 30 min. But, given the past 6 weeks of back trouble I figured it's better to fight another day...
