1600m run:
5:38 (PR), First 400: 1:13 (PR), 800 was a PR but I don't recall the exact time.

Notes: Last time I timed a mile 7/06/08 (400m 1:16, 800m 2:51, 1600m 6:08) Deadlift was probably a PR...?
